About Bicycle:

Since our inception in 2021, we’re extremely proud to have built a team of 50 - and growing. We have the pleasure of working with 18 clients ranging from heritage brands such as Tate & Lyle and Branston to fast-growth businesses like Carwow and Moju.

From the outset we believed that our industry had become beset with silos and legacy driven behaviour and have purposely evolved the agency to operate across brand and performance media, creative strategy and creative production - all of which are delivered under our proposition of ‘the power of And’.

Now beginning our fifth year of operations, we are continuing to grow and are proud to have been awarded B-Corp and London Living Wage status, and shortlisted for The Drum’s Best Places to Work. We have also been accredited with the People First Promise badge and CPD Gold by the IPA. We were named one of Campaign’s 2025 Agencies To Watch. We also received an excellent score of 8/9 in Campaign’s 2025 School Reports, which ranks agencies based on their growth, income, client wins, diversity credentials and quality of work.
