Account Executive

Account Executive (Studio Team)
This isn’t your standard "fetch the coffee" entry-level gig. At Bicycle Studio, we are looking for our next superstar. You won’t just be watching the action from the sidelines; you’ll be on the pitch.
We are an independent creative and media agency, and your role will be situated on the creative side - Bicycle Studio. Because we are a tight-knit team, you will get exposure that juniors at big network agencies wait years for. You will report to the Account Manager but have a direct line to the Business Director, giving you a front-row seat to how an agency is built, run, and grown.
Overall Purpose of the Account Executive Role:
You’ll be organising meetings with multiple participants, both internal and external, demonstrating your organisational, accuracy, and attention to detail skills - ensuring that all required attendees have responded to your meeting invite, they have an agenda, and the meeting location has been booked.
As you develop in your role, you’ll be given lots of tasks on a daily basis. You’ll need to swiftly get to grips with prioritising those tasks in order of urgency and importance. You’ll be working with various documents that need to be used collaboratively with the team you're working with. Own the team’s knowledge base and workflow.
Clients will also be in regular contact with the team issuing tasks for the week/day. Ensure you keep on top of communication coming in, putting yourself forward to support where you can.
